hunspell-bo software package provides Classical Tibetan language dictionary for hunspell, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hunspell-bo
hunspell-bo is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hunspell-bo package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hunspell-bo *
You will get with hunspell-bo package name, version, architecture and description in a table
